In 2004 our club organized a
Optimist Club in Limuru, Kenya (Africa). Here are some pictures of
the organizational meeting in Kenya. The president of the club,
Thaiya Wallace,
is coming to the International Convention in Grapevine to try and
learn how to organize more clubs in Africa. We hope that many
from our district attendees at the convention will please visit with
him and make him
feel at home in Texas. |
